We believe everyone deserves access to quality care, regardless of their ability to pay. Discounted fees are available based on household size and income for clients earning at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Discounts apply to eligible outpatient services provided directly by ICS.

Full Name
Phone Number
How many members in the household ?

Total household annual income ?

Submit proof of income for each household member, such as two recent pay stubs or bank statements, a W-2, 1099, most recent tax return, or a letter from an employer or government agency.

Discounts cannot be applied until all required documents are received.

Sliding scale sessions range from $30 - $120 depending upon your qualification status.

Eligibility is based solely on financial circumstances. ICS does not discriminate based on age, sex, gender, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, or national origin.
